 Take a break and reconnect with your body through gentle movement, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation. This class helps relieve tension, improve flexibility, and leaves you feeling calm, balanced, and energized. All ages are welcome. PLEASE register at delmontlibrary.org. This class meets once a week (except March 17) so please be sure to register for each class you plan to attend.
