Description:
 Isaac's story tells of neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) and the devastating effects of substance abuse on a child before and after birth. Isaac was so small that he fit in the palm of a hand and could only sleep in spurts. That was the beginning of a long, challenging and loving journey.
