 Register at delmontlibrary.org to join Coach Amanda of Ambition Nutrition for a gentle, full-body strength class designed for all fitness levels. Using resistance bands, chairs, and hand weights, we will build strength, balance, and confidence-one chapter at a time. Bring water bottle, towel or yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes.
