 The Plant-Based Nutrition group meets the 2nd Saturday of each month. The topic this month is Raising Plant-Based Children. The Shepler family will talk about their experiences as a plant-based family, including the biggest joys & challenges, tips for others, and favorite family recipes. Includes a family-friendly snack!
