 Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Teen Yoga session in collaboration with our friends at Wheel of the Year Yoga. This program is designed for teens, whether you're a beginner or have some yoga experience. You'll learn basic yoga moves that help improve flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.
Come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Ages 12+.
