All families of children ages birth through age 5 are invited to come and “stay and play” at the Greensburg Hempfield Area Library during this special event hosted by the Westmoreland County Local Interagency Coordinating Council and Early Intervention. This is a special play time for all young children to have fun playing and engaging with their caregivers with the special toys at the library. Early Intervention staff will be present to guide families in play activities that encourage developmental skills in young children. Developmental screenings and Early Intervention referrals will also be available upon guardian request. Please register each child separately. If you are interested in a developmental screening of your child, please write that in the notes section and indicate if your child was born premature. Registration required.
