 Socrates Cafe is an affiliate of the Society of Philosophical Inquiry. New members are always welcome. We believe a diversity of opinion is important for a true exchange of ideas. The group meets the first Monday of each month. The topic of discussion for August is "From Describing Nature to Communicating With Aliens: What is the Basis of the Human Understanding of Reality?" Bill Novak will moderate.
