Murrysville artist Eileen F. Yeager will present “World of Herbs”, alongside her exhibit of original prints on display at the library during the month of March. The talk focuses on the ethnic use of culinary herbs. Learn the five factors that set your destiny for the foods and herbs you enjoy. “World of Herbs” explores different countries around the world and how they use herbs in their cooking. Most of the framed pieces in the show represent individual countries. All contain an etching, and most have nature prints (rolling color on the leaf and printing). Eileen has researched over 50 countries and how they use herbs in their food and drink. You can explore her art on display, along with a binder of images and write-ups for each country.
