Jack Wagner, former State Senator and former Auditor-General of Pennsylvania will speak on how Closed Primaries prevent the more than one million independent and non-affiliated PA voters from having a voice in choosing candidates in the primary election. Mr. Wagner will also speak on the benefits of moving to an Open Primary process.
