Designed to help individuals 60 or older to learn simple and effective weight training, balance, and mobility exercises using their own bodyweight, dumbbells, and tubing. The tubing will be provided for each participant. Classes are COVID-19 safe. Masks are required with 6 feet distance.Library: Delmont Public Library
