Crime & Detective Stories Reading Club: The Rivals of Sherlock Holmes (Virtual)

Event Type: Adult Program
Age Group(s): Adult
Date: 7/6/2020
Start Time: 6:00 PM
End Time: 8:00 PM
Description:
Join Ed Zuckerman for the first of three short story discussions covering different themes and stories about the Rivals of Sherlock Holmes. The first set of stories is below. Two additional discussions will address Thinking Like Sherlock and Sherlock’s Sisters: Female Detectives. Please provide your email address when registering.

Dozens of authors created dozens of detectives, each a variation on the themes. We will read five of those and compare their approaches and personalities to Sherlock and Watson to consider why Doyle’s duo is so famous. Below are the links to the stories for this month's program.
