Event Type: Children's Program

Date: 8/6/2020
Start Time: 2:00 PM
End Time: 3:00 PM
Description:
Did you know that Beethoven Lives Upstairs? That’s right, famous composer Ludwig Van Beethoven, lives upstairs! Join your friends from the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra in reading this great book about how music, perceptions, and understanding other people come together. Musicians from the symphony will join to bring the music in the book to life as we read through the book penned by Barbara Nichol. This live-virtual event (held via Zoom) will be a chance to see that musicians and those that write music are just like you and me, even when they may have special challenges in their life. Plan to join us to celebrate the life of Beethoven, who turns 250 years young this year!
